We also own MuCell foaming technology, which is the patent technology of the American company Trexel, using liquid nitrogen convert into nitrogen fog accurately and steadily mixture with raw plastic material. The size of the nitrogen fog is controlled and directly mixed into the raw plastic material inside the injection screw and nozzle, and then liquid nitrogen will be vaporized immediately during injection, producing numerous smaller bubbles inside the product. This injection technology can effectively reduce the amount of plastic, the injection cycle time, improve the shrinkage deformation, control the precision dimensions and so on. MuCell foaming application can be widely range used, including automotive panel, medical precision components, thin-walled food boxes, floating balls, etc.
